Zira, nerede ise butun gidalarda vardir. B12 eksikligi, B12 vitamininin emilmesini saglayan; sindirim sistemindeki; "intrinsic faktor" eksikliginden dolayi olur. Takmayin kafaniza...Bu hususta yapilan "yaygara" sirf, bu tahlili daha sik istemek icindir. "Tamamen duygusal" ..<br />2- B grubu vitaminler, maya hucreleri tarafindan, fermentasyon esnasinda olusuyorlar. <br />3- Dogru. Bak: 1.sik !!!]]>
