ITP: Degil, Trombositleri yuksek. Henoch-Schonlein Purpurasi
HGB: 12.2g/dL bu yasa gore normal, tahlilde, bu yasin "Referans degerleri" degil, ERISKIN, Referans degerleri kullanilmis.
Butun degerler yasina uyarlandiginda, NORMALDIR..

Bu doktor-Labortuvar; ikili ceteleri maalesef bu sekilde halki kandirarak, soygunculuk yapmaktadirlar. Sakin, bunlarin hicbir dediklerine inanmayin, hicbir ilac kullanmayin veya daha baska tahlil yaptirmayin...
Bu hastalik, kendiliginden iyilesir. Nadiren, iyilestikten 2-3 hafta sonra tekrarlayabilir, hic onemli degildir. Cok nadir komplikasyonlari vardir.. Barsak veya bobreklerden, kanam seklinde olan bu durumlarda, Kortizon ile tedavi edilirler. Ben simdiye kadar rastlamadim.
Tam bir nedeni bilinmez, ozel bir tedaviside yoktur.
